Dr. Mildred Perry, the Director, is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor practicing in Maryland. She is also a certified hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and certified in school psychology by the Maryland State Department of Education. Dr. Perry has over twenty-five years of experience in the counseling and educational fields. Under her leadership, she has brought together a group of practitioners whose life purpose is to serve with integrity and provide the latest best practices in various disciplines.
